Graphite Lab Lead Alerts texts business owners and their staff when their business gets a new booking or website message.

How people agree

No one gets these texts by default. On the Alerts page of the Graphite Lab portal, the business owner types a phone number and then ticks the consent box. The box starts unticked. We send no texts to a number until its box is ticked.

Who sends these texts

The Graphite Lab Inc. sends these texts under the name Graphite Lab Lead Alerts. Each text is about the reader's own business: a new booking, or a new message from the business website. The texts have no ads and no offers.

How often and what it costs

Message frequency varies. We send one text for each new booking or website message, so a busy week brings more texts. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Untick the box in Alerts, or remove the phone number.

We use the phone number only to send lead alert texts. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing. Read the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
