How it works.
5 steps, and your team only touches the ones that need a person.

The week's questions are selected
Each week, 10 questions are pulled from the trade question bank automatically, hand-picked by the Field Supervisor, or a combination of both, depending on how the company set it up.
- 2.
The quiz goes to the apprentices
Each assigned apprentice gets their quiz by text or email on the configured send day. It opens as a link and works on any device, with no app to download.
- 3.
Apprentices answer on their own time
The apprentice works through the 10 questions at their own pace inside the completion window and submits when they are done. The answers write back automatically.
- 4.
Results land for the Field Supervisor
On submission, the Field Supervisor sees the score and a question-by-question breakdown: which questions were right, which were missed, and the correct answers. Every apprentice's results are in one place.

Trends build over time
As quizzes accumulate, the Field Supervisor can see how each apprentice is progressing week over week, where scores are improving and where the same questions keep getting missed.

A day for the Field Supervisor.

The Field Supervisor plans to put together a knowledge check for the apprentices today. The morning gets busy. It gets pushed to tomorrow.
- 10:00 AM
An apprentice makes a mistake in the field that a basic question would have caught. The Field Supervisor has no way to know where the gaps are.
- 1:00 PM
The Field Supervisor tries to recall which apprentices have been struggling, and goes on gut feel. The coaching is broad and hard to make stick.
- 4:00 PM
No quiz went out this week. There is no data on where any apprentice stands. Same story as last week.
- 8:00 AM
The quiz goes out automatically to every apprentice by text or email. The Field Supervisor did not touch it.
- 10:00 AM
Three of four apprentices have already submitted. The Field Supervisor opens the dashboard and sees question-by-question results for each one.
- 1:00 PM
The coaching conversation with an apprentice is grounded in this morning's results. Two specific questions missed two weeks in a row are where the session starts.
- 4:00 PM
Every apprentice's quiz is logged and scored. The Field Supervisor closes the day knowing exactly where each one stands.
What it won't do.
So nobody's surprised later.
- Generates no custom questions outside the configured question bank.
- Grades and evaluates apprentices on quiz performance only, nothing beyond it.
- Sends quiz results to the Field Supervisor, not directly to the apprentice.
- Does not replace formal apprenticeship assessments or certification requirements.
